Passionate about food and an expert flair for styling, I am dedicated to all things cooking, from the simple to the sensational. Offering bespoke private dinner parties, large catering events and tailor made cookery classes around Bath and the rest of the world.
I was taught to cook by the late Antonio Carluccio OBE and have worked with many Michelin star chefs, including Raymond Blanc, Michel Roux, Tom Kerridge, Nigel Slater, Yottam Ottolenghi, Mary Berry and Nigella Lawson.
Cook with Jaq was established in 2016. I run a Sunday night supper club in Bath once a month, where I’m the executive chef. I have also created regular pop up supper clubs around the city and in London which have all been hugely successful.
I am currently writing my second cookery book, and am looking to publish two books shortly.
