I am the chef for Topping & Company Booksellers, Bath. I am responsible for preparing dishes in the style of the visiting cookery author to promote their book. I also source, buy and prep all the ingredients for the recipe that they might demonstrate at their launch party. The largest event that I have catered for was in Komedia, where I prepared food for an audience of 650, cooked supper for the chef and prepared dinner for the green room.
